Preparation
Pocheer de stukjes kippenvlees in water, passeer de bouillon. Verhit de olie en fruit hierin de groenten (witte kool, prei, ui, champignons, paprika en wortel) aan. Voeg het kippenvlees en 3/4 deel van de bouillon toe. Maak de mix aan met 1/4 deel lauwe bouillon en voeg dit toe. Breng het geheel al roerend aan de kook. Laat het gerecht circa 5 minuten zachtjes doorkoken. Voeg de taugé toe.
Dosering: 92g plus 1L water.
