Gerookt spekstukje mager
Dit product wordt nog op traditionele wijze gezouten en gerookt.
Het zouten vindt plaats in pekelbaden op geheel natuurlijke wijze en
het roken wordt op traditionele wijze gedaan m.b.v. een rookkast
met beukenhout.
Het gebruik van additieven wordt tot het minimale beperkt om
zo dicht mogelijk bij de oorsprong te blijven.
Voordeel van deze bereidingswijze is dat men na het bakken van de
spekreepjes/blokjes in verhouding meer product overhoudt en
de smaak en beleving van het product meer tot uiting komt.
Dit product is te consumeren in vele producten als: kapucijners,
stampotten, boontjes, sla, macaroni, nasi, ei, soep etc.
