Preparation

Deep frying
Laat de hamburgers bij voorkeur ontdooien. Verhit het vet of de olie tot ± 175°C. Bak in een normale frituurpan niet meer dan 4 á 5 hamburgers tegelijk, diepgevroren ca. 5 min.; ontdooid ca. 4 min.. Hamburgers dienen na frituren minimaal een kerntemperatuur van 75°C te halen. Bekend oneigenlijk gebruik: De eindverbruikers zouden de producten buiten de vriezer / koelcel kunnen bewaren. Ter voorkoming hiervan heeft Jong Food bv op de productspecificaties en op het product vermeld of het in de vriezer of koelcel bewaard dient te worden.
