The traditional sauce from the Spanish region of Catalonia. Made with cloves of Spanish garlic, olive oil and a little lemon juice. With a creamy flavour and ready to use. This sauce is the perfect flavouring for dishes like paella, vegetables dishes and barbecued meat. It is also delicious as a bread dip or as a topping for chips.
