Preparation

Fry in pan
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly coat the frozen grilled vegetables with oil, place into an ovenproof dish and heat for 20-30 minutes.


Microwave
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Microwave: 850W - Put the desired quantity of frozen product in a non-metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.


Convection
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Stir Fry: Heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan. Add the frozen grilled vegetables and cook on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
