Preparation

Fry in pan
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Frying pan: 12 - 15 min. - Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of frozen product in the frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.


Deep frying
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Deep fryer: 6-8 min./180°C - Deep-fry the product for 6-8 minutes in preheated oil at 180°C. Do not fry too many at once in order to prevent heat loss.


Boil
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Pot: 10-12 min. - Put the desired quantity of frozen product in boiling water and bring back to the boil. Drain and season to taste.


Microwave
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Microwave: 750 W - +/- 6' 200g - Put the desired quantity of frozen product in a non-metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.


Combisteamer
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Combi steam oven: 10-15 min./100°C - Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.
