PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Deep fryer: Deep-fry the product for ±4 minutes in preheated oil at 175°C. Do not fry too many at once in order to prevent heat loss.
Convection
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Oven: Place the product in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven 200°C for 13-15 min. until golden, turning once.
