Preparation

Microwave
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Microwave: Put the desired quantity of frozen product in a non-metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.


Stir fry
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Stir fry: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of frozen product in the frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.


Combisteamer
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Combi steam oven: Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.
