Preparation

PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Suitable for cold dishes after a brief heat treatment process. Frying pan: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of frozen product in the frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.


Boil
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Suitable for cold dishes after a brief heat treatment process. Pot: Put the desired quantity of frozen product in boiling water and bring back to the boil. Drain and season to taste.


Microwave
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Suitable for cold dishes after a brief heat treatment process. Microwave: Put the desired quantity of frozen product in a non-metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.


Combisteamer
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Suitable for cold dishes after a brief heat treatment process. Combi steam oven: Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.
