Preparation

Microwave
500 g in closed container - 4 minutes on high setting - stir and heat for another 2 to 3 minutes. For best results, do not thaw before cooking.


Heat
Heat the desired amount of frozen taboulé in a pan with a little oil. The product must be heated to the core.
