Description

Fish Spice is a carefully composed spice mix that makes it easy to season fish and seafood. Fish spice adds fine flavors of, among other things, dill and white pepper. Perfect when you want to season fish or seafood with that little extra. Fish Spice is also a very suitable spice for sauce or other condiments that belong to seafood. Use fish spice as table spice, rub, or as seasoning when cooking by the stove.

Preparation

Heat
Preparation: rub 20 g (2 ts) on 500 g fish of choice. Let it marinate and bake the fish on both sides until done. The spice mix is also very nice on fish baked in the oven.
