Santa Maria Korean style Kimchi Paste Chili & Garlic is a fermented flavour paste that infuse your dishes with the bold flavours of Korea. The Kimchi Paste Chili & Garlic brings a strong taste of Gochujang, notes of garlic and fruity lime. The texture is smooth and thick with a few chili flakes and seeds, which makes it a nice flavouring base that help you prepare Korean and Korean inspired food. You can also use Santa Maria Kimchi paste Chili & Garlic to season minced meat, spice up plant-based protein and marinate chicken or fish. And of course, it’s a kimchi paste that make it easy to mix with cabbage or any other vegetable to make your own kimchi.
