Description

Knorr Mix voor Nasi geeft rijstgerechten een authentiek oosters tintje. De pittige smaken worden gecreƫerd door onder andere gember, koriander en komijn. Lekker in combinatie met groenten en gebraden kip of vlees. Geschikt voor een vegetarische en veganistische voeding. Probeer ook eens een van de andere basismixen van Knorr. Nasi Preparation: Roast the unsalted meat and cool down with the required amount of water. Bring to the boil and add the mix. Simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook the rice and add these. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Dosage: Mix 350 g Water 1 L Meat (chicken) 1 kg Rice (uncooked) 2 kg ------------------------------------- Bami Preparation: Roast the unsalted meat and cool down with the required amount of water. Bring to the boil and add the mix. Simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook the rice-noodles and add these. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Dosage: Mix 350 g Water 1 L Meat 1 kg Rice-noodles (uncooked) 2 kg 1 dose (350g) = 7150 g prepared Nasi Goreng (prepared with 20 g of (maize germ) oil needed for the roasting process) (theroretically calculated yield = sum of all components and fresh ingredients)
