Description

Daurade royal is also called Gilthead Bream. This specimen belongs to the great family of the sea breams. The Gilthead Seabream can reach a length of 70 cm with a weight of 15 kg and swim to a depth of 150 meters, at least, the wild specimens. Gilthead Seabream is grown a lot. Cultured Gilthead Seabream does not become so big, but has the same characteristics as the wild Daurade. Gilthead Seabream has a bright silver skin and dark fins. The black spot behind the head and the golden stripe between the eyes is characteristic. The Gilthead Seabream farmed (Bio) is durable because it is grown with a responsible and organic method.
