Daurade Royale is also called Gilthead Bream. This specimen belongs to the great family of the sea breams. The Daurade Royale can reach a length of 70 cm with a weight of 15 kg and swim to a depth of 150 meters, at least, the wild specimens. Daurade is grown a lot. Cultured Daurade does not become so big, but has the same characteristics as the wild Daurade. Daurade Royale has a bright silver skin and dark fins. The black spot behind the head and the golden stripe between the eyes is characteristic. The Daurade Royale Kweek (Bio) is durable because it is grown with a responsible and organic method.
