Description

The hare pâté is a coarse game pâté, made with a base of marinated hare meat. A handful of hazelnuts is added by way of a titbit. Here too a matured French wine has been chosen for the marinade.

26% pork liver, 22% hare meat, pork fat, 8,8% pork meat, pork connective tissue, ^b+milk^b-, red wine, rice cream (^b+milk^b-, rice flour), ^b+egg^b-, rice flour, food acid: E262, E325; sugar, hazel^b+nut^b-s, nitrite curing salt (salt, preservative: E250), fried onion, spices, pork protein, antioxidant: E300, E330; dextrose, natural flavor. Produced in a factory where barley, mustard, rye, celery, soy, sulphite and wheat are processed. Allergens: see ingredients highlighted. Because this product was manufactured with shot game meat , it may contain traces of metal.
