Description

This mushroom cream sauce with a mild flavour, is delicious and contains 32% of mushrooms. To balance its taste, a vegetable stock
was added. This mushroom sauce is of course also an ideal BBQ sauce, which stays stable for a long time in the bain-marie.

Preparation

Microwave
Cut open the bag and heat in a microwave (900W) for 45 seconds. Leave for 30 sec. rest and heat again for 45 sec.


Heat
Heat the sauce in the pan while stirring.


Combisteamer
Heat the closed bag for ± 5 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam)
