Preparation

Bake in oven

Circa 8 minuten met 50% vocht op 140 °C.

Fry in pan

Tip : bij voorkeur alle diepvriesproducten langzaam laten ontdooien. De bereidingstijden gelden voor ontdooide producten. Per 150 gram : circa 3 minuten verhitten op hoog vuur. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74 °C in de kern.

Microwave

Per 150 gram: circa 1,5 minuut verwarmen bij 750 Watt.
