Preparation

Bake in oven
Preheat oven to 220°C. If possible, turn the fan to the middle setting. 0% moisture. Place the frozen empanada on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven. Heat the empanada for 8-10 minutes. Depending on the oven, cooking time may vary.


Deep frying
Preparation from freezer: Fry for about 9 minutes at 175℃. Turn product halfway through for best results. Prepare from frozen only.


Heat
Keep warm cabinet: After preparation, the empanada can be kept for up to 6 hours. Holding cabinet temperature setting 75 - 80°C Hot plate with lamps: After preparation, the empanada can be kept for up to 6 hours. Temperature setting hot plate 75 - 80°C
