Just like the BTN, the BT2 is the perfect base for making your scoop ice cream. However, you don't need to add vanilla. Just combine this base mix with water or milk and the ice cream mix is ready to create a prefect ice cream in your machine .

Dosage

Mengverhouding: 2 kg schepijsmix op 6 Liter melk(= 335 gram op 1 liter melk). Koude bereiding: Los het poeder -onder goed roeren- op in koude gepasteuriseerde melk volgens de voorgeschreven mengverhouding. Laat de mix ca. 10 minuten rijpen. Roer de mix goed door. Afdraaien. Warme bereiding: Laat de melk opwarmen tot 70°C. Voeg het poeder -onder goed roeren- toe volgens de voorgeschreven mengverhouding. Verwarm het mengsel vlug verder tot 85°C. Laat snel afkoelen. Afdraaien.
