Description
The potent meat of North Sea crab comes from the Atlantic Ocean to Ireland. The crab is washed and then mechanically separated the legs and claws from the body. The legs and claws are then cooked 23 min at 86'°C, cooled back to 8'°C and finally hand-packed, refrigerated and frozen at -18'°. PLEASE NOTE that this product is not pasteurized.
