VEGAN Cherry Bakewell Taart Glutenvrij

De Cherry Bakewell Taart is naast glutenvrij ook vegan. De Bakewell taart is een typisch Engelse taart, die van origine bestaat uit een bodem van zanddeeg (in dit geval glutenvrij en vegan), met daarboven lagen van jam, frangipane en een topping van amandelschaafsel. In de Cherry Bakewell Taart is een rijke kersencompote gebruikt, met een beetje kersenbrandewijnlikeur. Samen met de frangipane een geweldige combinatie! De taart weegt 1.500 gram en is voorgesneden in 14 punten.

Preparation

Defrost
Verwijder alle verpakking voor ontdooien. Gedurende 24 uur in de koeling laten ontdooien. Na ontdooien gekoeld bewaren en binnen 3 dagen gebruiken. Na ontdooien niet opnieuw invriezen.
