Description
Wild daurade generous fillet. Daurade Royale is also known internationally as Gilthead Bream. This specimen belongs to the great family of the sea breams. the daurade Royale can reach a length of 70 cm with a weight of 15 kg and swim to a depth of 150 meters, at least, the wild specimens. Daurade is grown a lot. Cultured daurade does not grow as big, but has the same characteristics as this wild dorade. Daurade Royale has a bright silver skin and dark fins. The black spot behind the head and the bright golden stripe between the eyes are typical. The Daurade Royale Kweek (Bio) is durable because it is grown by a responsible and organic method.
