Description

White saithe is a shell-like which in turn belongs to the cod-like species. White saithe is also known as pollack (in English pollack) and occurs in the waters around Iceland to Norway, which leads to French waters. The white saithe swims to a depth of 100 m and can reach a length of 130 cm with a weight of 17 kg. The color of the skin is predominantly gray/green colored toward a lighter belly side.
