Shockfresh Yellowfin tuna saku block. The saku block is rosé of color when it is frozen and will color red after it has been thawed. The Yellowfin saku has all the qualities to present itself on a sushi. Saku blocks are delivered frozen to the customer. Sakubelpoken are widely used in Asian cuisine. There are different gradations of saku blocks to obtain, the highest quality is AAA. The semi-sublocks are never entirely straight and there too AAA has the highest quality.
