Description
Live Red Kingcrab weighs between 2,5 kg and 3,5 kg each. These are only ordered on request. The kingcrab was expelled by Russian fishermen in the bay of Murmansk in the years 60 and spread to far north parts of Norway and Western Europe. The Norwegian red kingcrab is the same crab as that found in Beringzee and has several other species like the blue and the golden kingcrab. The Norwegian red kingcrab is primarily traded live. In the place of Bugøynes, the kingcrab is fattened after the catch for 2 months before it is traded.
