Cold smoked mackerel fillets with peppers are packed per 1 kg. These can be delivered both fresh and frozen. There is often confusion between smoked and steamed mackerel. A really smoked mackerel is a mackerel that has had a sturdy brine bath and has been cooked at a low temperature. After this low temperature treatment the mackerel will receive a smoke treatment. Smoked mackerel is salt, savory and must be cut.
