Description

This creamy pâté is enriched with delicious home-made stewed apple. We use the Jonagold variety to prepare this stewed apple. This firm and very juicy apple is ideal for this purpose due to its pleasant slightly sweet flavour.
Adding the stewed apple and a specially chosen selection of herbs to our creamy pâté results in an outstanding apple pâté, in which the taste of apples comes through strongly.
