Burgundian apple pie prepared with real butter according to grandmother's recipe. The 1800 gram cake is pre-cut into 10 slices. The cake is made of traditional butter pastry dough, filled with fresh apple, soft raisins and a hint of cinnamon, with a layer of pastry cream.

Preparation

Bake in oven
The frozen cake can also be placed directly in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 150°C. After baking, let the cake rest for another 10 minutes.


Defrost
Defrost for 6-8 hours at room temperature or 10-12 hours in the refrigerator. Do not freeze again after defrosting.
