These 100% Canadian scallops are wildly caught. The wild St. Scallop is the best known scallop and is internationally called sea scallop. Catches are strictly bound by rules, especially when it comes to wild catch. The wild Canadian scallops can also be grown. The Canadian scallop is of high quality. This scallop has a shell with very fine vertical ridges on the shell.
