The razor is a clam that you can find worldwide. THE ENSIS ENSIS is also known as the Dutch razor and is found in the waters of Texel and in the Oosterschelde. The razor blades out of our waters do not grow so large and can reach a length of max 13 cm. The Dutch razor has a thin shell and is a very fragile shellfish. The color of the shell may vary slightly, but it usually has a light brown/green color.
