Asian Food Market (AFM) whale soft shell crab is a crab that is located at the point of scaling. This process is called (molting). There are several sizes of the soft shell crab and in this case it is about the size 110-130 gr.in the AFM whale sorting is 8-10 pieces per kilo. As the crab grows, it grows out of z’n jacket and becomes time for a new jacket. The crab creeps out of the armor and isin that stage (soft). This crab will be 18 times ahead of the first 3 years and isin will be very vulnerable. The soft shell crab is actually soft on a regular basis and is therefore seasonal. The best soft shell crab comes from the waters of Alaska to Argentina and is better known as the Blue Crab and has a strong resemblance to the Blue swimmer crab which can also be obtained as (soft shell) variant. Once the molting has taken place, the soft shell crab is frozen directly; fresh the soft shell crab is not traded.
