This salty delicacy is bred with great dedication and craftsmanship by the Dhoge family of the Oesterij in Yerseke. The Oosterschelde is an ideal area for the breeding of this beautiful oyster. This is due to the sheltered location, the temperature and the salinity of the pure water. Oysters fished by the Oesterij are MSC certified. This guarantees a sustainable cultivation and harvest.
