Description

Semi-farmed, better said, Bluefin masonry has a high fat content by getting the fat fish that the tuna gets to eat. The taste is more intense than the wild variety. The masonry Bluefin tuna is ideally suited for the better (Asian) cuisine. The belly, the Toro, is the fattest portion of this tuna and is very popular. The deep red fillet, Akami, is less fat. The fillets are offered in 4 varieties of fat to least fat.
